Walnut Fudge

Walnut fudge, another sweet treat for December!  The walnut fudge I made was another recipe many enjoyed today and it was also very, very easy to make and more than affordable. It took less than 10 minutes!

2 cups semi-sweet morsels (or 1 - 12 oz. pkg)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts

Add 2 cups of semi-sweet morsels to a pot

Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Combine and melt on lowest heat, stirring until smooth

Remove chocolate mixture from stove-top and add 1 tsp. Vanilla extract and 1 cup of walnuts.  Stir.

After mixing everything together, evenly pour mixture into a foil-lined 8X8 or 9X9 pan.  Chill for at least 2 hours.  I put it in the freezer to speed up the process. Once chilled, cut into pieces.

Enjoy!
